How to make yogurt cake with chocolate

You’ll need
    • 100g butter;
  • 50g black chocolate;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50g sour cream 20% fatness;
  • 200g flour;
  • 30 sugar;
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp yogurt;
  • 100g icing sugar;
  • 1 tbsp dry gelatin;
  • a little grated chocolate;
  • fresh berries.

Prepare the batter for the corgis. To do this, melt the butter in a saucepan. If desired, it can be replaced with margarine. Add the same chocolate, broken into slices, pour sugar. Add a little water, about 3 tbsp. Stirring the mass, heat it over medium heat until chocolate and sugar are completely dissolved. Remove the pan from the stove, pour the mixture into a bowl and cool to room temperature. Break the eggs in there, put the sour cream and some baking powder for the dough or cinegar soda. Stir everything.


Pour into a mass for the flour, but not immediately, but on a spoon, stirring thoroughly to avoid the formation of lumps. The dough should acquire the consistency of thick sour cream. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the round shape with high skirts of butter and pour the dough in there. It should fill the form only half, as it will subsequently rise when baking. Put the corge in the oven for 20 minutes. You can check whether the dough is baked with a toothpick. Smash the contents of the form. If the wooden stick is left dry, the corge can be taken out of the oven.


Take in the cream. Dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of warm water. Mix it with oily cream and natural yogurt without additives. Stick the same icing sugar in there. Stir everything to a homogeneous state.


Remove the corge from the oven and immediately remove from the mold. Cool a little, then pour on top of the resulting cream. Allow the gelatin to stiffen lightly and then sprinkle the pie with grated dark or white chocolate. On top of the cake can be decorated with fresh berries – strawberries or cherries. Then remove the dessert in the fridge for a few hours until the cream is completely frozen. Serve with freshly brewed tea or coffee.


If desired, an additional sweet layer can be made inside the cake. To do this, cut it along so that it turns out two corges, between which arrange the cream and pieces of fresh berries – strawberries or cherries.
