If the dough sticks, add a little flour, if too dry — water. This dough can be frozen, in addition, it does not tear and it can be very thin rolled out, which is important for dumplings and dumplings.


Yeast dough

In a slightly warm water, scatter the yeast, salt and sugar, mix thoroughly. Continuing to stir, gently pour the flour and knead the dough – it should not turn out too steep. Pour vegetable oil into the dough, continue kneading until the dough stops sticking to the hands. Grease the finished dough with vegetable oil, cover the pan with a towel and remove it in a warm dark place. When the dough rises, take it out again and let it rise again. Then you can proceed to baking.


Quick yeast lean dough

Stir the water, salt, sugar and yeast, leave for 15-20 minutes. Then pour in 1 cup of sunflower oil and pour in 8 glasses of flour. Stir everything thoroughly and leave for a couple of minutes. After that, the dough can be used. Some cookers recommend cooking such dough without sugar – so it rises faster, but in this case it will become completely unsweet. This is a fine option, for example, for a pie with potatoes.
