How to cook pizza with onions and tomatoes

You’ll need
    • For dough:
  • 400g sifted flour;
  • 15g yeast;
  • 1 cup water;
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil;
  • salt.
  • Pizza with tomatoes and onions:
  • 400 g of dough;
  • 6 fleshy tomatoes;
  • 2 bulbs;
  • olive oil;
  • salt;
  • freshly ground black pepper.
  • Spicy pizza with onion and cheese:
  • 400g pastry;
  • 5 bulbs;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 500g tomatoes;
  • bundle fresh basil;
  • 100 g gorgonzola;
  • 100 g mozzarella;
  • olive oil;
  • finished tomato sauce;
  • salt;
  • freshly ground black pepper.

Prepare the dough. Dissolve the yeast in a cup of warm water, sifted flour with a slide, at the top make a deepening and gently pour into it water with yeast. Add salt and olive oil. Carefully knead the dough for at least 15 minutes – it should become elastic and soft. Cover the com with a napkin and put it in a warm place. Try a more intense and edgy option with cheese assorted. Prepare the dough according to the previous recipe. Cut the onion into thin rings and roast in preheated olive oil until transparent. Garlic finely chop and lay out to the onion. Tape the tomatoes with boiling water, free from the skins and seeds and cut in slices. Grind the basil greens, leaving a couple of leaflets for decoration. Cut Gorgonzola and mozzarella with cubes.

Roll the dough into a thin layer and shift it to a baking tray. Stuff the workpiece with a fork. Surface the pizza with the finished tomato sauce, spread the roasted onions and garlic, tomato slices and cheese cubes on top. Sprinkle the filling with greens, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Splatter the pizza lightly with olive oil and place in pre-heated to 180oS oven. Peking for 20-25 minutes, cut into portions before serving and garnish with fresh basil leaflets.
