How to cook pizza with basil, garlic and cheese

You will need
    • For dough:
  • 200 g flour;
  • 0.5 cup milk;
  • 15 g yeast;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • salt.
  • Pizza with olives and basil:
  • 500g pastry;
  • 200g mozzarella;
  • 6 tomatoes;
  • 100g olives;
  • 2 garlic cloves; a
  • bunch of fresh basil;
  • a pinch of dry oregano;
  • olive oil;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper.
  • Pizza with tomatoes and cheese:
  • 500g pastry;
  • 7 tomatoes;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 400g mozzarella;
  • 100g parmesan;
  • bunch of fresh basil;
  • olive oil;
  • salt.

Start by making the dough. In half a cup of warm milk, dissolve the yeast. Seek the flour and lay it on a cutting board in the form of a slide. In the middle, make a deepening, pour the milk with yeast into it, add salt and a couple of spoons of olive oil. Quickly knead the dough. Put it in a pan or bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour in a warm place. The volume of the test should increase. Remove it carefully again.


Try spicy pizza with olives. Roll out the dough in a thin layer and lay out in a round shape. Grease the surface with olive oil and pour in several places with a fork. From a thin strip of dough, make a skirting and stow it around the edge of a future pizza.

Put the mozzarella slices, garlic tomatoes and olives on the pizza. Wash the leaves of fresh basil, discuss and spread over the filling. Place the mold in pre-heated to 180OS oven and pekingite for about 20 minutes.

Put the pizza in a preheated oven and pekingite for 20-25 minutes.
