How to cook dough for dumpling

You will need

  • 500 g flour;
  • 1 cup water;
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil;

Sow flour into deep dishes. Add warm water and salt to it. Knead a pretty cool dough. At the end of kneading, add vegetable oil. If necessary, fill up more flour. The dough should be tight as for noodles.


Put the dough in a plastic bag, tie it tightly and let lay for about an hour. From the resulting dough you can make dumplings with any filling.


โ„–2 Soften the butter at room temperature. Spread it with eggs, sugar sand and a pinch of salt until a homogeneous mass is obtained.


Add warm milk to the egg and butter mixture and mix everything well.


Add the sifted wheat flour to the resulting mixture and knead the dough. Leave it under a napkin for 20 minutes. After that, the dough is completely ready for use.

Melt the margarine. Cool it a little and add to the kefir. Stick the same pinch of salt in there. Stir everything.


Gradually adding flour to the mixture of margarine and kefir, knead the uniform elastic dough. Ready dough thinly roll out, cut out circles and moult dumplings with filling to your taste.

Whisk in cold water the raw egg, add an incomplete teaspoon of salt. Stir the water until salt dissolves completely.


Stick the sifted flour into the water and knead the steep dough.


Whisk the chilled egg white until foaming.
