Their cuisine is famous for simple ingredients and a quirky fragrant mixture of spices giving dishes a sharp exotic unusual taste. For Cajunski casserole, only fresh shrimp are suitable.

In a large saucepan, bring the wine to a boil, but do not boil. Lower the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp with a noise, lower into a bowl of cold water and ice and clean them.

The

feathers of green onions finely slice. In a small frying pan, melt half the butter, roast the chopped onions for 1 minute. Pour the cream, pour in half the spice mixture, add the basil and paprika. Bring the sauce to a boil. Pour the wine in which the prawns and the seafood itself were brewed. Prospect everything for 1-2 minutes.

4

Add the mustard to the spices and rub the fish fillets in it. In a large wide pan, melt the remaining butter, add the olive, stir and roast the fish for 3-5 minutes on each side. Sautéed fillets cut into small slices, in size no more, but also no less than shrimp.

5

In the baking mold, put the rice, smooth, lay the fish fillet on it, pour the shrimp sauce. Bake in an oven preheated to 200oC for 10 minutes.

6

If you haven’t managed to buy a Cajun spice mixture, cook it yourself. To do this, put 2 teaspoons of black peas into the mortar and crush it. Stick one tablespoon of garlic and onion powder each, two teaspoons of white pepper and dried thyme, a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and a half teaspoon of dried oregano. Mix and store in a dry dark place in a jar with a sealed lid.

Casserole with crackers

In a saucepan over a low heat, melt the butter, pour the chopped parsley into it, peeled from seeds and chopped into pieces of pepper chilli, garlic. Roast for 3-5 minutes. Crush the crackers with puree to small crumbs, pour in the real oil and mix well.

8

Grease the mould for baking with oil, put tilapia on the bottom, cover with shrimp, pour cream and sprinkle with buttered crumbs and parmesan. Remove in an oven heated to 180OS and bake for 20-25 minutes.
