- Casserole with crackers
- 2 kg telapia fillets;
- 500 g peeled small shrimp;
- 2 packs (100-150 g) crackers;
- 100g butter;
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley;
- ½ tablespoon chopped chilli pepper;
- ½ teaspoon crushed garlic;
- ¼ cup grated parmesan;
- 200ml 22% cream.
Cajun fish casserole
is an ethnic group composed of descendants of French colonists living in mostly in the south of the US state of Louisiana. Their cuisine is famous for simple ingredients and a quirky fragrant mixture of spices giving dishes a sharp exotic unusual taste. For Cajunski casserole, only fresh shrimp are suitable.
In a large saucepan, bring the wine to a boil, but do not boil. Lower the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp with a noise, lower into a bowl of cold water and ice and clean them.

Grease the mould for baking with oil, put tilapia on the bottom, cover with shrimp, pour cream and sprinkle with buttered crumbs and parmesan. Remove in an oven heated to 180OS and bake for 20-25 minutes.
