If the intake of proteins exceeds this figure, the so-called protein intoxication begins, leading to serious disturbances in the activities of internal organs and systems.

Over time, total oxidation begins in the body, leading to cell death. Skin, nails and hair rapidly lose moisture and health. High levels of protein in this diet can contribute to calcium flushing out of the bones, and this poses a threat to osteoporosis.

According to recent studies, such a diet regimen significantly increases the risk of cancer. It turned out that after eating one protein food, the intestine significantly increases the concentration of metabolism products, provoking the development of malignant tumors.
