Each tablet contains 140 mg of magnesium asparaginate, 158 mg of potassium asparaginate. Assistants are silicon dioxide colloidal anhydrous, magnesium stearate, talc, corn starch, povidon, potato starch, titanium dioxide, eudragite E 100%, macrogol 6000.
Panangin contributes to normalization of potassium and magnesium levels in tissue cells. Potassium and magnesium ions influence the contractile effect of the heart muscle and thereby reduce the risk of oxygen fasting (hypoxia). As a result, cardiac arrhythmia development is warned, as well as improved gastrointestinal work and skeletal muscle contraction.
Indications for use
The drug panangin is prescribed as an auxiliary therapy for heart failure, heart arrhythmia caused by hypokalemia, $ which is possible for intoxication by cardiac glycosides such as digoxin, digitoxin, gitoxin, lantazide, cordigite and lruguide, as well as prednisolone, hydrocortisone and certain diuretic funds. It is recommended to use panangin after heart attack conditions, for heart rate disorders, usually occurring in ventricular arrhythmias. It is useful for panangin treatment and for prevention of coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmias, in complex treatment with glucosides, while simultaneously using urinary agents, in case of metabolic disorders. The drug is also prescribed after severe infectious diseases, accompanied by large fluid losses. It is useful for panangin in blood transfusions, with insufficient nutrition, depleted with magnesium and potassium ions.
A solution of panangin for injections can only be administered intravenously, with intramuscular use, injections can cause tissue irritation.
Prescribe this drug and children. For example, in infancy it is recommended to strengthen the heart muscle of newborns, in open heart defects, to relieve convulsive syndrome.
In newborns, convulsions may sometimes occur after heavy crying or at elevated temperatures. Such symptoms are usually seen when potassium and magnesium ions are deficient in the body.
And then in this case there is a need to prescribe panangin, which is well tolerated by children.
Quite often, panangin is prescribed to pregnant women. With its help during pregnancy you can fight puffiness, toxicoses. The positive effect panangin has on the work of the woman’s heart muscle and kidneys. It also contributes to the proper development of the fetus, in particular, to the formation of its brain and muscle apparatus.
