- cabbage 100 gr.
- carrot 1 pcs.
- apple 1/2 pcs.
- beetroot 100gr.
- sea cabbage 100 gr.
- prunes 50 gr.
- lemon juice 1 tsp
- vegetable oil for dressing 1 tbsp
Wash and peeled vegetables on a large grater. Stir thoroughly and wash to isolate the juice.
Three apples on the grater and add to the vegetables. We refill lemon juice and vegetable oil.
Prunes rinse well and soak a little in warm water. Cut into thin strips and add to the salad.
Salt do not add, a combination of salad ingredients and lemon juice, and so will create a wonderful taste and flavor.
