Yogurt lemon-ginger ice create

You will need
  • For six servings:
  • – water – 3/4 cup;
  • – sugar – 3/4 cup;
  • – light corn syrup – 1/4 cup;
  • – natural yogurt – 1 cup;
  • – buttermilk – 1 cup;
  • – lemon juice – 1/4 cup;
  • – grated ginger – 2 tsp
  • .

  • – lemon zest – 1 tsp.

Mix water, corn syrup, sugar and ginger in a pan. Put the pan on a medium heat, stir, until the sugar dissolves.

Bring the sweet mixture to a boil, cook for minutes two. Strain into a small container, refrigerate.

Add to the chilled mixture the lemon zest, lemon juice, buttermilk and yogurt, mix everything, put in a container or ice cream.

Take away for a couple of hours in the freezer, stirring every half hour.
