You’ll need
  • For dough:
  • – 200g flour
  • – 20g yeast
  • – 170ml milk
  • – 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • – 2 eggs
  • – 30g poppy
  • For lubricating products:
  • – egg
  • Instructions

    On the safe way we prepare yeast dough. In warm milk we dissolve the yeast and leave them for 20 minutes. Then pour yeast into the flour, add salt, eggs and knead soft, not steep dough. Cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for 40-50 minutes to approach.


    The finished dough we divide into three parts and from each roll a roller with a diameter of approximately 3 cm.


    All three parts join at the beginning and weave out of them a pigtail. The pigtail should be light and not tightly woven, otherwise the dough will not stand up.


    The finished product is laid out on parchment, lubricated with whipped yolk and plentiful with poppy.


    Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
