Milk jelly with strawberries

Simple, delicious and inexpensive dessert – milk jelly. It is very pleasant for children – including those who don’t like ordinary dairy products too much. To make dessert even more useful, it can be supplemented with fresh berries – for example, strawberries.

You will need:
– 600ml fresh milk;
– 225g fresh strawberries;
– 4 teaspoons gelatin;
– 3 tablespoons sugar.

Strawberries can be replaced with raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants or other soft fragrant berry.

Soak the gelatin for 5 minutes in 4 tablespoons of water. Put the gelatin tank on the stove and heat the mixture until completely dissolved. Heat the milk and dissolve the sugar in it. Lightly cool the milk and then pour the gelatin into it and stir thoroughly.

Rinse the strawberries, discuss and clean in the puree. Add the strawberry puree to the milk mixture, stir and pour into the mold. Put the jelly in the fridge until completely frozen. Pour cold milk into the blender, add ice cream and chocolate syrup. Whisk all at high speed so the cocktail becomes frothy. Pour the drink into high glasses, sprinkle each serving with chocolate grated on a fine grater.

easy to make a cake from a finished sugar cookie. Layer it with warm milk cream – the dessert will turn out very tender and moderately sweet.

You will need:
– 150g sugar biscuits;
– 1 cup milk;
– pinch vanillin;
– 2 tablespoons sugar;
– 1 egg;
– 1.5 tablespoons flour.

Heat milk in the microwave. In a soteynik, spread the egg with sugar and vanilla, add the flour and stir everything until completely smooth. Pour milk into the mixture, continuing to stir.
