  • 30 grams rice or wheat flour;

  • salt and dry garlic.

The

courgette is rubbed on a shallow grater, wring water, adding egg, flour, spices and stirring well with a fork. Grated cheese is added. On a heated pan pour the dough with a spoon and roast on each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden.

In a separate container mix sour cream and spices. Served with ready pancakes.

Soup courgette soup

purée is light and hearty.

Will need:

  • Two medium young courgette;
  • 200ml water, chicken or vegetable broth;
  • head of onion;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 100-120 grams processed cheese;
  • dry garlic or one clove; croutons
  • or croutons;
  • fresh dill.

The
