- 500 grams of minced chicken;
- two young courgettes;
- 150-170 grams of cheese;
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream;
- two garlic cloves;

minced meat is salted, spices, sour cream, garlic and stirred well. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Pure courgettes are cut into serving pieces and mixed with minced meat. Put into a shape, bake oven at 180° 30 minutes, in a preheated oven. The finished dish is sprinkled with pre-grated cheese and baked again until the cheese melts.

- One squash;
- one small carrot;
- medium bell pepper;
- 2 potatoes;

- 1-2 garlic cloves.
All vegetables are washed and cleaned. Courgette, potatoes, peppers and onions are cut into cubes or another convenient way. Carrots and garlic are rubbed on a shallow grater. Ingredients are folded into a pan, stirred, left to simmer over a low heat for 30 minutes. Add tomato, salt, dill and continue to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
If the dish is lit up during cooking, a little water is poured.
From eggs and courgettes you can prepare a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
- Two chicken eggs;
- 30 grams hard cheese;
- 100 ml milk;
- dry garlic and salt to taste;
- half one young courgette.
A squash is rubbed on a shallow grater. Separately mix milk, eggs, salt and garlic. To courgettes add the resulting mixture and grated cheese. It is fried under a closed lid, 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

- salt, dry garlic and pepper to taste;
- 50 grams grated cheese, optional;
- 30 grams rice or wheat flour;
- 2-3 tbsp sour cream or soft cheese;
- salt and dry garlic.
courgette is rubbed on a shallow grater, wring water, adding egg, flour, spices and stirring well with a fork. Grated cheese is added. On a heated pan pour the dough with a spoon and roast on each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden.
In a separate container mix sour cream and spices. Served with ready pancakes.
Soup courgette soup
purée is light and hearty.
- Two medium young courgette;
- 200ml water, chicken or vegetable broth;
- head of onion;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 100-120 grams processed cheese;
- dry garlic or one clove; croutons
- or croutons;
- fresh dill.
courgette is cleaned and diced. Transfer to pan, add roasted to golden color onions, garlic, salt and spices. Filled with broth, brought to a boil and cooked for 15-20 minutes, over a low heat. Cheese are added, stirred well and take the pan off the heat. Grind with a blender. Brought to the boil and turn off the stove. Dill and croutons are added before serving.
