Chicken with plums and apricots

You will need:
– 4 chicken
thighs; – 200 g couscous;
– 50 g butter;

– 1 tbsp curry powder;
– 1 egg;
– 20g butter;
– salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Pie filling can be varied if desired. For example, such a dish will be very tasty if you add fried mushrooms to the filling.

Wash chicken fillets, remove excess fat, and cut the meat into cubes. In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the chicken in it for 5 minutes. Put the chicken off. Peel and grind the onions and celery and roast them together. Mix cream with curry powder, add the same vegetables, salt and pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry into a thin layer. Take a bake shape and cut the bottom of the pie, the top and the edges from the dough. Grease the shape and lay the dough on its bottom and on the sides.
