In the 70-ies of the 20th century a lot of krill began to be mined in the Antarctic waters of Japan and the USSR, so behind it the name “Antarctic krill”. At present, it includes almost 80 species of small crustaceans, among which a typically Antarctic shrimp measuring about 6.5 cm is supplied to businesses and stores. It is used most often for preservation and preparation of various cold snacks and salads.

Snack of eggs stuffed with krill
From tender and very healthy krill meat you can easily prepare a delicious cold snack. For this you will need the following products:
-100 g krill ice cream or canned;
-6 chicken eggs;
-3 tbsp mayonnaise;
-salt and black pepper to taste.
If you use frozen krill, boil the water, salt it, throw the crustaceans into it and bring them to the boil. Then get, cool, brush and grind with a knife. Canned krill meat is enough just finely chop.
The eggs boil a cool cool cool, peel and cut lengthwise into two parts. Gently extract the yolks, grind them, mix with krill meat, spices and mayonnaise.
