What fruits combine in salads

All fruits can be conditionally divided into several groups. The first one would be Sweet Fruit. This group includes bananas, persimmons, dates, figs, all dried fruits. All sweet fruits are perfectly combined with each other (for example, bananas with figs), as well as semi-sour fruits (for example, dates with plums).

The second group “Semi-Sour Fruit” includes apricots, watermelons, melons, mangoes, apples, pears, cherries, grapes, plums, peaches, etc. In addition, these include berries: blueberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc. They are perfectly combined (for example, apple with plum) and sour fruit (for example, peach with orange).

The third group “Sour Fruit” includes almost all citrus fruits: oranges, lemons, tangerines, kiwis, lime, grapefruits. In addition, it is possible to include sour varieties of apples, berries – cranberries, blackberries, currants. Sour fruits are well combined with each other in small quantities, but here the main thing is not to overfight. Best of all, fruit from the third group is combined with semi-acidic fellow humans (strawberries with oranges, kiwis with apples, etc.).

It is acceptable to combine fruits in salads together with nuts, cream, moderately starchy and starchy vegetables, various greens. Compounding them with other foods causes fermentation in the stomach.

To prepare a delicious and healthy fruit salad, it is not necessary to use a variety of ingredients, enough 5-6 items. For example, to prepare a Tenderness salad, take one apple, one orange, two kiwis, one banana, one tablespoon of sugar and whipped cream. Peel fruits from the peel, cut apples small straws, orange – small slices, banana and kiwi – circles. Add sugar to the fruit, mix them thoroughly, garnish with whipped cream on top.
