Warm salad with shrimp and noodle

You’ll need
  • – rice noodles – 200g;
  • – shrimp (peeled) – 200g;
  • – chilled peas – 100g; –
  • hot chili peppers – 1pc.

  • – olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
  • ;

  • – sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. l.
  • ;

  • – salt – pinch;
  • – fresh greens – 1-2 sprigs.

Frozen prawns are lowered into boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain water.

Fry the shrimp on vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Pipe peas boil in boiling salt water for 2-3 minutes. The pods should stay crisp.

In boiling salted water, spread rice noodles and cook until ready (no more than 5 minutes). Drain water.

Left to combine all the ingredients and stir. The salad must be filled with olive oil.

Finely cut chilli peppers. Sprinkle the salad on top of pepper and fresh greens. The
salad is served warm. Pleasant appetite!
