Vegetable salad with tofu

You’ll need
  • -1 pack salad mix
  • -200g tofu cheese
  • -5 cherry tomatoes or 2 regular tomatoes
  • -1 cucumber
  • -1 bulb
  • -greens
  • -2 tbsp apple vinegar
  • -2 tbsp olive oil
  • -1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • -salt, black pepper to taste
  • Instructions
    Peel the onion from the peel, rinse it in warm water, and then cut in rings and place in a piala. Pour the rings with apple vinegar, leave for 20 minutes to soak.


    Cheese tofu cut into medium-sized cubes. Pour vegetable oil on the pan and heat it well. Put the tofu in the oil and roast for 3 minutes, flipping often. Put paper napkins on the plate in 3-4 layers, lay cheese on them to remove excess oil.


    Rinse the tomatoes and cucumber in running water, discuss them on a paper towel. On the cutting board, cut cherry tomatoes into 4 parts, and regular tomatoes slices into 6-8 pieces, about the same size cut the cucumbers, grind the dill. Rinse the salad mixture in cold water, discuss.


    Drain with the onion vinegar into a separate container. To assemble a light vegetable salad with tofu, put the salad mixture on the bottom of the plate, put the tomatoes and cucumbers on top, then tofu, pour the whole mixture with olive oil and apple vinegar, season with pepper and salt.
