You’ll need

- – 400g yogurt or sour cream (natural, can sour cream)
- – 150ml milk
- – 2 eggs
- – 30ml olive or vegetable oil

Take pita and cut it into identical triangles.

Then disperse the cheese to a homogeneous consistency. Grind the parsley and dill, add to the cheese and mix well.

Each triangle of dough grease with vegetable oil, put the filling on it and spread over the entire surface of the triangle.
