Stuffed cherry

You’ll need
  • – cherry tomatoes 30pcs
  • For the first filling:
  • – egg 1 pcs.
  • – boiled shrimp 50 g
  • – cottage cheese (“Almette”) 1 tbsp
  • – salt and pepper
  • For the second filling:
  • – cottage cheese (“Almette”) 2 tbsp
  • – basil ( parsley or dill) 1 sprig
  • – salt and pepper
  • For the third filling:
  • – avocado 1 pcs.
  • – cottage cheese (“Almette”) 1 tbsp
  • – lightly salted salmon or trout 50 g
  • Instruction

    Wash tomatoes, $ Discuss and cut the tops.


    Using a teaspoon, gently remove the flesh so as not to damage the tomato itself. The flesh will be required to prepare a second filling.


    Basil, shrimp and salmon finely chop.

    Each cherry tomato is stuffed with finished toppings and served to the table as a snack. The top can be decorated with parsley leaflet.
