Snack “Ant”

You’ll need
  • – 300g of processed cheese in plates;
  • – 4 slices of bacon;
  • – 3 dried apricots;
  • – 16 pieces of prune;
  • – 1/4 yellow pepper;
  • – lettuce leaves.

Slices of bacon cut into 4 parts. On each of them lay the prunes, having previously removed the bones from it, and roll the roll.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. On the tray bed parchment lubricated with oil.
Ready rolls spread on a baking tray and send to the oven for 2-3 minutes.

After that, take the rolls out of the oven, turn them over to the other side, and send them to roast again for 3 minutes.

Take a large dish and lay the lettuce leaves on it, top lay the finished bacon rolls.

Divide the apricots into 4 equal parts, cut the cheese with triangles, and the
yellow pepper with cubes. Take a trowel and start picking the canapés: a cube of pepper, after the pepper send a triangle of cheese, then the apricots and again the cheese.

The resulting canapés tap into bacon rolls. Do that to all the rolls.
