Curd three-ingredient casserole

Preparation:

Mix semolina with milk and leave for 10 minutes to swell. Raisins then must be steamed and discussed. Beat eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese, salt, swelled manka and raisins. Stir everything and pour into a moulds, greased with oil. You can sprinkle the shape of semolina so the casserole doesn’t stick to the bottom. 1.$ Skim cottage cheese – 500 g;

2. Kefir 1% – 100 g;

3. Egg – 2 pieces.

7. Vanillin – to taste;

8. Sugar — 3 tsp;

Preparation:

All ingredients except for the poppy mix. 2/3 of the dough put in the prepared form. In the remaining cottage cheese, add the poppy, mix well and put it into the shape too. Bake at 180 degrees 50-60 minutes. Leave the finished casserole in the closed oven until completely cool.

Needs:

1.$ Skim cottage cheese – 250 g;

2. Eggs – 2 pcs;

3. Bananas — 2 pcs.

Cooking:
