Shake cupcake with your hands

You will need
  • – butter or margarine – 200 g
  • – wheat flour – 200 g –
  • chicken egg – 3 pcs.
  • – sugar – 200 g
  • – baking soda – 1 tsp
  • – jam, chocolate or raisins
  • – lemon
  • – baking form
  • – vegetable little – 2tbsp
  • – icing sugar

    Melt the butter.

    Mix the eggs, sugar and whisk. Add neatly butter so that the eggs are not boiled, stirring slowly.

    Add slaked soda. Gasim it with vinegar or a few drops of lemon.

    Rash the flour and mix thoroughly. It is advisable to sift the flour so it is saturated with oxygen. The dough should turn out liquid consistency. Add filling: raisins, candied.

    Grease the baking form with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into 2/3 of the form. Put in the oven for baking at 180°C – 200°C.

    After baking, without taking out of shape, sprinkle with icing sugar.
