Salmon solyanka with capers and olives

  • – 10 pcs olives
  • – 15 pcs capers
  • – bay leaf
  • – pepper to taste
  • – salt
  • – greens for decoration

    Semgu rinse and put in a pan of water so that it is completely in water. Put the pan on the stove and bring to the boil. Then drain the water and pour the fish with three litres of clean water. When the fish is cooked, take it from the broth, cool and separate the meat from the bones. The resulting broth needs to be strained.

    Then grind one garlic clove, finely slice the onion onions and rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut potatoes with straws. Put the broth on the fire and bring to the boil. In a pot with broth put pre-fried vegetables, disassembled salmon meat, cut potatoes.

    Put the mug chopped lemon, capers, salted cucumber, olives, peppers and two bay leaves. Solyanka needs to be brewed for a few more minutes.
