Salmon cutlets

You’ll need
  • – 300-400g salmon fillet;
  • – 1 egg;
  • – 1 cup boiled rice;
  • – 1 bulb;
  • – 1 medium carrot;
  • – 1 tbsp spoonful flour;
  • – 1 tbsp breadcrumbs;
  • – 30 g fennel greens;
  • – 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • – salt, ground black pepper – to taste.

Skip prepared fish through the grinder.

Cut the finely onion, peeled carrots grate on a fine grater.

Onion and carrots add to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.

In the minced meat add the egg, chopped finely dill, salt, season with pepper and stir everything well.

Combine rice with cooked minced meat and stir everything.

In a deep bowl, combine the flour and breadcrumbs.

Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan, form round cutlets from minced meat, rub each in a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs.

Fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until tender – golden.
