Salad with mozzarella and avocado

You will need
  • for salad (for 6 servings):
  • – mozzarella – 200 gr.

  • – tomatoes (cherry) – 200 gr.

  • – shrimp – 200 gr.
  • ;

  • – avocado – 2 pcs.
  • ;

  • – green salad (leaves);
  • – basil.
  • For dressing:
  • – vegetable oil;
  • – lime juice;
  • – salt/pepper.

Prepare the components of lettuce.
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces, cut the cherry into 2 pieces, clean avocado and remove the bone, cut into cubes.

Cook the dressing, for which we mix oil (olive or vegetable) and lime juice.

Stir the tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado and shrimp.
Add a refill. Salt, pepper to taste.
Put the leaves of green salad on the plate, on top – the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle the salad with basil.
