Roll with meat and lavash

You’ll need
  • – 420g minced meat;
  • – 2 pieces fine lavash;
  • – 340g onion;
  • – 320g hard cheese;
  • – 230g tomato;
  • – 4 pieces of eggs;
  • – 150 g of sour cream;
  • – 120 g of mayonnaise;
  • – 100 g of dill;
  • – salt.

Fry minced meat with onions in sunflower oil. Cold. Divide into two equal parts.

Unwrap the pita, smooth, lay on it with a thick layer of the first part of the prepared minced meat.

Tomatoes thinly cut, lay out on minced meat. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cut the dill and sprinkle them on top of the minced meat with tomatoes, as should be smeared with mayonnaise.

Roll the pita into a thin roll and gently shift into a baking dish, pre-well-oiled with vegetable oil.

Take a second pita and put the remaining minced meat on it and the same ingredients as the first pita.

Mix eggs with sour cream and salt, pour with this mixture prepared rolls and put in a preheated oven for 35 minutes.

The dish must then be retrieved and cut into portions.
