Rice with cauliflower in cream sauce

You’ll need
  • 1 cup rice, 150 grams cauliflower, 100 millilitres of milk, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons cream, salt and spices to taste.

Pour the rice with cold water, salt, bring to a boil and cook for 20-25 minutes over a low heat.
