Hungarian salad with cilantro

– 100g cilantro;
– 400g canned white beans (400g);
– 200g feta cheese;
– 2 tomatoes;
– 1 red pepper
– 1 head of red onion
– 1 small head of garlic
– 1 tbsp grape or apple vinegar
– 1/3 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
– 1/4 tsp black ground pepper;
– salt.

Boiled beans can be used instead of canned beans. Soak it from the evening in cold water, and cook 1-1.5 hours in the morning until ready.

Turn the beans on a colander, drain the liquid and pour the beans into a deep bowl. Clean the bulb, cut it with thin rings, splash with vinegar and remember lightly with your hands. Cut out the peduncle and seeds at the pepper and cut it into strips. Wash the cilantro (coriander), dry it on a paper towel and finely chop. Crush the garlic in a special press. Cut the tomatoes into halves and then – longitudinal slices of a small thickness. Transfer all prepared ingredients to the beans, pour with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix gently. Cut the feta cheese with bars and lay on top of the vegetables. Appreciate in this salad not only the benefit of cilantro, but also vitamin red onion.

Georgian soup with cilantro

– 1 large chicken
leg – 1.5
litres of water
– 1 potato – 0.5 carrots
– 1 small bulb
– 4 garlic slices
– – pinch of sharp red pepper;
– salt;
– 20 g butter.

Pour the leg with water in a medium-sized saucepan and put on a heavy heat. Bring the liquid to a boil and cook the chicken for 40-45 minutes at medium temperature, occasionally removing the resulting fat foam from noise. Clean and grind vegetables: carrots and onions – cubes, potatoes – straws. Run them into the broth, having previously pulled the meat out of there, for 20 minutes.

Rastolkite or rub the garlic on a grater, chop the cilantro and toss in the soup. Pepper it, salt to taste and remove it from the stove. Eat a flavorful dish by spilling it into plates and putting it in each a slice of butter.

Thai chicken fritters with cilantro

– 600 g chicken fillet;
– 80-100 g cilantro
– 40 g mint; – 1 stem of young garlic
– 1 small chilli pepper
– 2 tbsp soy sauce;
– 2 tsp sesame oil;
– 1/3 tsp salt;
– vegetable oil. The

garlic stem can be replaced with 3 slices, and instead of fresh chili pepper take dried.

Check the chicken fillet in the grinder. Very finely chop the stem of garlic, cilantro and mint leaves and chilli pepper released from the seeds. Combine all the ingredients of minced meat in one dish, mix with soy sauce and sesame oil, salt and mix well, preferably with hands. Heat the vegetable oil and fire the fritters, gaining mass with a tablespoon.
