You will need:
– 3 eggs;
– 0.5 cup flour;
– 3 tablespoons sugar;
– A pinch of vanillin.

If you want to make the biscuit more crumbly, replace a quarter portion of wheat flour with potato starch.

Scatter the eggs into a small saucepan, pour in the sugar and place the container on the water bath. Heat the mixture to 40-50OS, constantly whipping it with a whisk. Mass should increase 2-3 times. Remove the pan from the water bath, cool the egg mixture to room temperature and pour sifted flour into it with portions. Don’t forget to add vanillin. Pour the finished dough into shapes and bake in an oven preheated to 200oS.

Biscuit on sour cream

Try to make another biscuit dough option. The offered amount of products will suffice to prepare a classic three-layer cake with cream.

You will need:

– 6 eggs; – 2 cups wheat flour;
– 1 cup sugar;
– 1 cup sour cream.

Separate the yolks from the proteins and spread them with the sugar until whitewashed. Add the sour cream to the mixture and stir until fully smooth. In a separate utensils, whisk the squirrels. Place them in a yellow/sour cream mass and then pour in the sifted flour. Quickly knead the dough and pour it into moulds.

Together with the flour, 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder or 3 teaspoons of ground nuts can be added to the dough. You’ll get chocolate or nut biscuit.
