Biscuit cake with cream soufflé
On this recipe you will be able to make a simple but delicious cake made of biscuit dough. This cake, especially additionally decorated, will be a great gift to a family or friendly celebration.
You will need:
– 200g flour;
– 350g sugar;
– pinch vanillin;
– a dozen eggs;
– 1 tbsp fatty cream;
– teabag of edible gelatin;
– 1.5 packs of good butter – best suited Finnish;
– 2 tiles of bitter chocolate;
– 8 tbsp cognac;
– 50 g of white chocolate
– a pinch of salt.
If you prepare the cake for the children’s holiday, remove the brandy from the composition and soak the corgis only dissolved in warm water with sugar.
Start making a cake with baking biscuit. Break 3 eggs into a deep bowl, in the same place pour 150 g of sugar. Whisk both components with a mixer. After that, pour the same vanillin and flour and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Smear the baking tray with butter, spread evenly over it biscuit dough. Remove the dough in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. The top of the corge should make a little friends. Ready dough immediately remove from the tray and cut into 2 pieces.
Break the remaining eggs, separating the proteins from the yolks. Add 150g of sugar and cream to the yolks. Carefully whisk this mixture with a mixer. After that, add softened butter to the cream. Whisk the mass again. Separately, whisk the proteins with a pinch of salt added. Gradually enter the proteins into the cream of yolks. Separately, spread the gelatin and add to the cream at the last stage of preparation.
Make impregnation for the corgis. To do this, mix 4 tbsp cognac, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp warm water. Put bottom crust on the bottom of a deep square bowl, pour it with impregnation, and on top lay out a thick layer of cream. Cover it with a second crust and add a little impregnation too. Put the finished cake in the fridge to make the soufflé stiffles.
Break the dark chocolate into chunks, add some butter and remaining brandy and melt in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Pour the finished cake with this mixture. Separately melt the white chocolate, shift it into a culinary syringe or just into a calca cone with a trimmed edge. On the frozen black chocolate, draw white the chosen patterns – you can write a congratulation, the name of the birthday boy or simply draw the geometric shapes. Serve the cake in sliced form to tea or to coffee.
Light biscuit cakes with pineapples
You will need:
– 1 tbsp sugar;
– 20 g butter;
– 1 tbsp flour;
– pinch vanillin;
– tile white chocolate;
– jar canned pineapples;
– 4 eggs;
– 2 tbsp cognac.
Some of the cakes can be made with the addition of other tropical fruits, such as mango.
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add the sugar and beat with a mixer until whitewashed. Gradually add the flour and vanillin, stirring the dough thoroughly. It should become liquid and homogeneous. Grease the baking tray with butter, pour the dough over it and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the finished dough from the sheet.
Prepare impregnation for the biscuit base of cakes. Mix 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp skate and 1 tbsp warm water. Simmer evenly with this mixture of cords, then cut it into several small squares. Break the white chocolate into pieces, fold into a bowl of refractory plastic or ceramics and heat in a microwave. Pour with chocolate each biscuit, and put a mug of canned pineapple on top. Put the cakes in the fridge for an hour, and then serve to the table.
