Home waffles: nuances of baking

Recipe for tender waffles
You will need:
– 125 g of cream margarine;
– 30 g of sugar;
– A pinch of vanillin;
– 4 tablespoons of cream;
– 4 eggs;
– 100 g of wheat flour.
Before preparing the dough, the flour needs to be sifted, the waffles are more airy and tender.
Beat the eggs, separate the proteins from the yolks. Spread the yolks with sugar, whisk the proteins in a strong foam. Melt margarine, combine with cream, add whipped yolks and vanillin. Spread everything until smooth and alternately add the sifted flour and whipped proteins to the mixture. Stir the dough carefully so that it does not fall away.
Heat the waffle to the operating temperature specified in the instruction. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of dough over the bottom half-shape, cover with the top of the waffle, press lightly and hold 1-2 minutes. When steam stops coming out of the device, open the lid and gently remove the waffle with a wide knife. Roll it into a tube and place it on a plate to cool.

You will need:
– 125g butter;
– 125g sugar;
– 350g wheat flour;
– 0.5 teaspoon soda
– 2 eggs; – pinch of ground cloves;
– 0.5 lemon;
– 0.5 tea spoons of ground cinnamon.
If you don’t have ground cloves, grind the clove buds in a coffee grinder.
