Profiteroles in cream with whipped cream

You will need
  • – sugar – 500 g;
  • – butter – 100 g;
  • – flour – 250 g;
  • – cocoa powder – 50 g;
  • – vanilla sugar – 20 g;
  • – milk – 900 ml;
  • – cream – 250 ml;
  • – vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • – water – 50 ml;
  • – eggs – 7 pcs.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Put the butter in the water and bring the mixture to a boil over a low heat. Add the flour and stir everything. Remove the mass from the heat, add the egg yolks, stir the mass and let the dough distance.

Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil and lay on it with a small spoon dipped in water, pieces of dough (weighing about 10 g each). Set them at a long distance from each other. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Profiteroles should increase significantly in volume, acquire golden color and crispy crust. Put them in a deep dish.

Spread the proteins with the sugar. Add the milk, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder. Pour the resulting cream profiteroles.
