Pork in pot

You’ll need
  • – pork – 500g;
  • – potatoes – 150g;
  • – raisins – 60g;
  • – butter – 3 tbsp;
  • – chicken broth – 1 glass;
  • – one pear;
  • – tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
  • – three cloves of garlic;
  • – laurel, ground ginger, salt, pepper – to taste.

Boil potatoes in a uniform, peel, cut mugs, roast in butter.

Cut the pork in thin pieces, roast too. Put the meat in a small pot, follow the potatoes, add tomato paste, salt, pepper.

Add crushed garlic, bay leaf to meat, sprinkle with ground ginger, pour in chicken broth. Simmer in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
