Pie with brynzo

You’ll need
  • For dough:
  • – 300g flour
  • – 15g yeast
  • – 50ml milk
  • – 50g butter
  • – 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • – 2 eggs
  • For filling:
  • – 350 g brynza
  • – 4 medium size potatoes For lubricating

Knead the yeast dough according to the main recipe and put it in a warm place to lift.

Brynza is passed through a grinder or grater and formed the resulting mass into a ball.

The approached dough divide into two parts, each of which we roll out into a layer of thickness 1.5-2 cm.

On the middle of one layer we lay out a ball of brynza and top cover with a second layer.

The resulting product is rolled into a lozenge with a thickness of 2-2.5 cm, spread it into a shape, lubricated with a whipped egg and sent to a preheated oven to 150-180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
