Pasta with secret

You’ll need
  • – seashells (largest) — 20 pcs.
  • – spinach (frozen) — 300 g
  • – garlic — 1 tooth – cheese
  • “Feta” — 50 g
  • – cottage cheese — 200 g
  • – parsley — 3 pcs.
  • – nutmeg — 1/8 tsp.
  • – cream — 100 ml
  • – butter — 30 g
  • – hard cheese (grated) — 50 g

    Boil in salted seashell water. Push out all the excess spinach water. With a blender mix: garlic, cottage cheese, Feta cheese, parsley, nutmeg and squeezed spinach.

    Butter grease a bowl of multicooks. The resulting mass fill the cooked seashells. Tight together lay them out in a cup of multicooks. Pour cream.

    Put on “Bake” mode and cook for twenty minutes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

    After twenty minutes, sprinkle the shells with grated cheese and cook for seven more minutes.
