How to cook pancakes on mineral water
To prepare pancakes take 500ml mineral water, 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 2 teaspoons sugar, a pinch of salt.
Pour mineral water into a saucepan or bowl, add eggs, sugar, salt, pour in vegetable oil. Mix all well. Stirring continuously, fill the flour. The dough must acquire the consistency of liquid sour cream. Put it aside and leave to stand for half an hour.
For frying pancakes, it is best to use a cast-iron skillet or skillet that has a non-stick coating and low skirting. Put her on the fire. Once the pan is heated, pour some cooking oil into it. So that the pancakes don’t stick to the bottom of the dishes, you need to hot it well.

If desired, add lemon or orange zest, chopped candied or a little shredded nuts, raisins.
Fold the pancakes in the following way. Over the middle of the pancake, lay out 2 teaspoons of the filling, then roll its sides. Then roll the cross parts of the pancake so that it turns out a convertible.
If pancakes with filling turned out to be a lot, they can be frozen back.
