Pancake cake with strawberry

You will need
  • – milk 500 ml;
  • – egg 2 pcs;
  • – flour 100 g;
  • – sugar 4 tbsp;
  • – sour cream 200 g;
  • – cream cheese 100 g;
  • – icing sugar 100 g;
  • – berry jam 100 ml;
  • – fresh strawberries;
  • – vegetable oil for lubrication;
  • – vanillin, salt.

Milk warm, add eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt, stir until the sugar is dissolved, then gradually introduce the flour, knead liquid dough. Give the dough to stand for 15 minutes.

Roll pan, grease with vegetable oil. Bake the pancakes on both sides until a ruddy crust.

Combine the sour cream, cream cheese and icing sugar, beat the mass in a blender and divide into 2 parts. In one part add berry jam, and in the other vanilla.

Put the pancakes on a plate, greasing two different creams alternately and glorifying fresh strawberry berries. Then let the cake stiff 1-2 hours in the fridge. Before serving, garnish with strawberry berries and a sprig of mint.
