You will need
- – 300 g chocolate cookie “Oreo” for base;
- – 200 g chocolate biscuits “Oreo” for decoration;
- – 50 g butter;
- – 500 g soft cream cheese (preferably philadelphia);
- – 130 g icing sugar
- – 100 g white chocolate
- – 1 tsp vanilla essence
- – 500 g cream
- – 30 g gelatin;
- – 50 g of regular water.
biscuit, cooked for the base, grind to a fine crumb, then stir with the melted butter. Put the resulting mass into a shape with high edges and seal.
Prepare the gelatin: soak and then melt on a water bath. Also at the water bath melt white chocolate.
Then cook the cream. To do this, put the cream cheese in a container and add the icing sugar to it. Stir both ingredients thoroughly. Pour the melted white chocolate into the cheese and stir well so that no lumps form.
Then add the gelatin and vanilla. Stir all ingredients again until a homogeneous mass is formed.
In another container blender whip the cream. The whipped cream gradually pour into the cheese mass, stirring constantly. Cream ready. Pour some of the resulting cream over the shredded biscuits (top) as quickly as possible, as it has the property to stiffen.
