Recipe for a simple omelette in a multivark
Take 6 eggs, 1 tbsp milk, 50 g flour, salt – to taste, a little greens. Break the eggs into a bowl, pour milk into them, add salt, flour and whisk with a fork or whisk until foam is formed. Turn on the multicooker, let it warm up. Pour vegetable oil into the multivooks bowl or melt the creamy and pour the mixture. Select Baking or Stewing mode for 20-25 minutes.
While the omelette is cooked, rinse and finely slice any greens. After the end of the program, don’t take out the omelette right away, give it a little push. Place the finished omelette on the plate with a wooden shoulder blade and serve on the table. If you add a little hard cheese to a simple omelette, the dish will have a gently creamy and soft taste. And if you add salty or spicy cheese, you will get an original hearty dish.
To prepare the omelette, milk can be replaced with sour cream diluted in a small amount of water.
Vegetable omelette in a multi-cook
To cook vegetable omelette in a multivark, take 3 eggs, 0.5 cups milk, a little sausage or sausage, cheese, 3 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, a little butter, spring onion, black pepper, salt to taste.
Put a slice of butter in a multicooker bowl and turn on “Bake” mode. Slice the sausage or sausages and put for roasting in a multivooker. Brush and finely slice half the spring onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, add them to the sausage.
Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, put the rest of the finely chopped spring onions. Pour the mixture of sausage and vegetables, gently stir with a special spade. Adding vegetables to the omelette will give the dish extra flavor and juiciness. For cooking you can take frozen vegetables.
To make the omelette more lush, a little soda can be added to the egg-milk mixture.
Omelette in Italian
In the multivark you can prepare an omelette using a more complex recipe. The dish is called “Omelette in Italian.” To prepare it will require 4 eggs, 1 cup milk, 10-15 shrimp (or other seafood), 50-60 g ham, 2 tbsp canned green peas and corn (asparagus, beans), half a small bulb, half a carrot, 1 tomato, a little hard cheese, soft cheese (brynza or feta), half a lemon, greens, salt, garlic, black pepper to taste.
Finely chop the peeled onions and carrots. Roast them a little in butter in simmer mode. Cut the ham, tomato, shrimp, add them to the onions and carrots, put the canned vegetables, garlic and lemon, stir. Whisk the eggs with milk, add grated hard cheese, salt, pour the mixture into a multivark. Slice the greens finely, and the brushwork into cubes, fill them in a multicooker and set the “simmer” mode for 30 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, open the lid of the multivooks and separate the omelette at the edges. Divide it into four segments to make the dish better baked.
