Muffins with cheese and ham

You will need
  • For four servings:
  • – wheat flour – 300 g;
  • – milk – 150 ml;
  • – ham – 100 g;
  • – cheese – 100 g;
  • – butter – 100 g;
  • – three eggs;
  • – baking powder – 2 tsp;
  • – salt – to taste.

Ham and cheese cut into cubes. Whisk the chicken eggs with salt and pepper.

Add milk to the eggs, mix. Next add softened butter (approximately room temperature).

To the resulting mass send the ham and cheese, stir. Add the flour and baking powder, knead the dough.

The resulting dough lay in moulds for muffins, spread about two-thirds of the height of the moulds.

Bake muffins with cheese and ham at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Pleasant appetite!
