Lemon Muffins “By Breakfast”

You will need
  • – Eggs 3 pcs;
  • – Flour 250 g;
  • – Butter 50 g;
  • – Breaking powder 1/2 pack;
  • – Lemon zest 3 tbsp;
  • – Vegetable oil 1 tbsp;
  • – Powdered sugar;
  • – Mint leaves;
  • – Salt.
