Prepare pizza dough. To do this in a deep bowl, pour all the dry ingredients: 1 cup sifted flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Stir everything thoroughly. Add 1 cup warm water, vegetable oil. Stir thoroughly again. The dough will still remain liquid. Add 1 more cup of flour. If necessary, add the flour so that the dough stops sticking to the hands, knead carefully.
