How to make curd cake with mandarins

  • 900 grams of cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 8 tablespoons sugar, 2 cups flour, 2.5 teaspoons baking powder, 4 tablespoons cooking oil, 600 gram tangerine, 1 lemon, 100 grams of butter, 250 grams of sour cream.

Mix 150 grams of cottage cheese with vegetable oil, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons sugar, all flour and 1.5 teaspoons leavening agent. Whisk with a mixer and knead the dough.
