- -3 cups cream
- -1 cup sugar
- -8 egg yolks
- -pinch salt
- -1 teaspoon vanilla extract (by To taste)
Bring the cream to a boil over medium heat. Cool to room temperature.
In a mixer, mix the eggs and a pinch of salt until smooth. When the cream has cooled, stir them together with the mass in the mixer.
Cook the resulting mass over medium heat until boiling. Then cool and set into a freeze dish. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Take your ice cream out of the freezer, let a little thawing. Before serving, pour with vanilla syrup.
