From shortbread pastry you can make an original pie with a layer of thick raspberry jam. According to this recipe you can make pastries with other types of jam – the taste will turn out slightly different.
– 250g margarine
– 1 egg;
– 200g sugar; – 3.5 cups wheat flour;
– 1 teaspoon of soda;
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
– 300g thick crimson jam.
Butter can be used instead of margarine.
Margarine with a knife, add an egg whipped with sugar and soda slaked with lemon juice. In portions, pour into the dough sifted wheat flour. Knead the dough – it should turn out tight enough. Divide the dough into two pieces, roll each into a ball, wrap in food film and take away in the fridge for an hour.
Cover the baking tray with baking paper, rub one half of the dough on top. Break the crumbs with a knife and lay out the raspberry jam. Cover a layer of jam with the remaining batter, also grated on the grater. Place the pie in the oven, preheated to 200oS. Peking the product until it enlists. Remove the finished pie from the baking tray, cool and cut into small pieces.
Quick pie with raspberry jam From the
jam you can make a light pie on kefir. He bakes very fast. In addition, in the dough you can put candied and even slightly abandoned jam of any thickness. Pleasant crimson flavor guaranteed.
You will need:
– 1 cup raspberry jam;
– 1 cup kefir;
– 1 egg;
– 2 cups wheat flour;
– 3 tablespoons sugar;
– 0.5 teaspoon soda;
– several citric acid crystals;
– icing sugar for sprinkling.
Kefir can be replaced with simpleton or sour cream, half diluted milk.
Pour the jam into a deep bowl, add soda slaked with citric acid dissolved in a teaspoon of water. Stir and leave the mixture for a few minutes. Then pour the kefir into a bowl, add the sugar and lightly beaten egg. Spread the mass until smooth and pour the sifted flour into it.
Grease the refractory form with oil and pour the dough into it. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 200oS. The product should rise evenly. The readiness of the pie check with a toothpick – after poking on it should not remain traces of the dough.
Put the baked pie on the board and refrigerate. Surface sprinkle with icing sugar. Instead of it you can use chocolate icing – melt 100g of milk chocolate on a water bath with 2 tablespoons of milk and pour the cake mixture. Spread the icing with a knife, let it freeze and serve dessert to tea.
