How to cook yeast buns with cocoa stuffing?

  • Stuffing:
  • β€” Butter β€” 100 g;
  • β€” Sugar β€” 150 g;
  • β€” Cocoa powder β€” 50 g.

Milk is slightly heated – it should be warm, but not hot. Dissolve the yeast and honey in it and leave for 15 minutes so that the surface of the milk is covered with bubbles.


Butter melt and cool slightly. Beat it with a second teaspoon of honey and yolks. Sift the flour into a large bowl with salt, add the same oil mixture and yeast, knead the dough. Then shift it into an oiled container, cover with linen towel and leave for an hour to approach.


In the meantime, we will do the filling, mixing the softened butter with cocoa and sugar until smooth.


The approached dough divide into 2 parts, each roll out into a thin layer, spread over it filling, roll into a roll and form a pigtail as on picture.
