Preheat the oven to 160C. From each garlic head cut the top so that all cloves are visible.
Put garlic on foil, splash with olive oil, wrap and bake for 50 minutes.
We divide the finished and cooled garlic into cloves, grind with a knife. Chop parsley finely, mix with butter, garlic and grated parmesan, solim.
Cut bread into pieces, lubricated with garlic oil and sent to oven (200C) for a few minutes so it will zoom in and become crisp. The delicious snack is ready!
