How to cook tartlets with cheese stuff

You’ll need
  • – 5 tablespoons wheat flour;
  • – 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • – 2 tablespoons butter;
  • – pinch salt;
  • – 1 tablespoon cold water;
  • – 150 g brynza;
  • – 3 cloves of garlic;
  • – dill, parsley, cilantro;
  • – moulds for tartlets.

First of all, prepare the dough. In a bowl, you need to mix the water, flour, add a pinch of salt and butter. Knead the dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes to coax.


From the resulting dough roll out a thin tortilla. Cut the shape of the tartlets from the dough mugs and put them in moulds, which must be smeared with olive oil.


Bake the tartlets in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Ready tartlets put out of molds and cool.


Once the tartlets are ready, you can start cooking the filling. Brush with a fork in a bowl, add crushed garlic cloves and finely chopped fresh greens. Then mix all the ingredients thoroughly and spread into chilled tartlets.
