How to cook round grain rice

  • – 1 tbsp rice;
  • – 3 tbsp rice vinegar;

  • For risotto:
  • – 2 tbsp rice (best for round arborio rice);
  • – 3 tbsp vegetable broth;
  • – 60 g butter;
  • – 100 g grated parmesan cheese;
  • – 1 tbsp white dry wine;
  • – 300 g chicken fillet;
  • – 2/3 tbsp fatty cream;
  • – dried rosemary and oregano;
  • – 1 bulb;
  • – olive oil.

For sushi rice should be adhesive, keep shape. Therefore, its proper cooking is especially important. Dry rice into a saucepan and rinse in 4-5 waters. For risotto rice rinse in running water. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion in it for 4-5 minutes. Pour the broth into the pan and bring it to the boil. Sour the rice into a pan and add the onion, stir. Salt the broth. Cook the rice for 10 minutes and then pour wine into a pan.
